DeLaval Parallel Rotary
Parallel Rotary milking plants provide a labour efficient system and an identical every day milking routine for your cows.
DeLaval Parallel Parlour
The P2100 is a parallel milking parlour equipped with comfort for both cows and shed operators. The bails swivel into place adjusting the cow into the correct milking position and allowing the cows a quick exit when milking is finished. A built in gutter (Cow Butt Pan) catches effluent moving it away from those milking and all electrical wiring is hidden out of the way behind cabinet panelling.
DeLaval MidiLine™ Milking System
The MidiLine™ swing-over system is a cost effective milking plant where each milking cluster is shared by two opposing cows' stalls.
DeLaval Voluntary Milking System VMS™
The VMS is the ultimate automatic milking machine. it enables you to harvest the maximum milk yield from your herd, while freeing-up time for you and your staff to focus on other duties. Additionally, the different components of the station ensure fast milking, while safeguarding the health of your hear.
DeLaval Automatic Milking Rotary System AMR™
At first the AMR looks like a normal rotary milking system, the difference is that up to 5 robotic arms do the milking; from teat preparation, milk cup attachment to a hygienic post-milking spray. The new DeLaval AMR™ is designed to accelerate your transition from milking management to total farm management. It can help dairy farmers grow profitably by working smarter to drive greater efficiency, productivity and business sustainability.
On Deck Teatspray System
DeLaval cow locators are a sound investment. Fixed to the platform deck, the cow locators encourage the cows to spread their hind legs for easy cluster attachment, resulting in optimum cluster alignment for a cleaner milk out. The aerodynamic shape ensures they do not inhibit flushing the platform deck to keep the platform clean. With hind legs correctly spread, teat spray accuracy is improved.
4 Nozzles per bail giving accurate application at 15ml/cow.
Adjustable timeing controlled off ACR retention signal.
Overhead supply meaning no carting of drums into the centre or noisy compressors mounted on platform.
Can be retro fitted to any existing ACR system.
DeLaval Sheep & Goat
DeLaval is one of few suppliers who support the sheep and goat milking industry with products specifically designed for sheep and goats instead of altered cow dairy products. They have a range of products from Dairy Plants to Rubberware to an Automatic Feeding System for lambs and Kids.
